Spinal health tips

Exercise Regularly:
Spinal tissue repair and remodeling is influenced by the stresses placed upon them. Regular exercise and strengthening activities will promote a healthier, stronger and more stable spine. Exercise does not have to be overly strenuous to achieve significant benefits. A regular activity such as a daily walk can make a huge difference. Increased abdominal strength will help protect the spine from injury as it supports the spine from in front just as the muscle of the back support the spine from behind.

Sport Massage is a full package to help with rehabilitation, training and enhancing performance whatever your goal.

Ben has successfully treated many patients over the years from office workers suffering with repetitive strain injury and back pain to amateur and professional athletes with sporting injuries. He enjoys helping people from all walks of life back to health and offers free 15 minute consultations.

He often works closely with physiotherapists, chiropractors and osteopaths where massage can work as a standalone therapy or alongside your current treatment for quicker results. Ben is currently studying for his BSc honours in Acupuncture at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading.
