Whenever you remember, breathe right into the base of your abdomen- this will automatically make you sit up straight. Deep slow breaths are relaxing, and will protect your back from tight, painful muscles.
Following 3 years travelling and studying in SE Asia, India, Nepal & New Zealand, Anna Middleton returned to the UK in 2005 & enrolled on a 3 yr Practitioner course in Holistic Nutrition at CHHN in Surrey. The main principle of the College is that through education people become empowered. By doing so, we can take responsibility for our own well being. This philosophy is based on the belief that we can provide our bodies with all the necessary tools & materials needed to achieve and maintain optimum health. We simply need to be open to the ancient Naturopathic values that provide the foundation of today's progressive nutritional medicine.

Anna currently lives in Bristol & is a support tutor at The Nutritional Healing Foundation. She is in the process of building up her Nutritional Practice and currently offers one-to-one consultations and workshops to small groups.
